时间过的飞快，为期一个月的贸易公司实习结束了，在这段时间里，实习的各种收获充实了我的学习生活，我学到了很多书本上无法认知的事物。通过实习，我感触颇多，有了许多新的心得体会，对许多问题又多了深一层次的思考。回想起这一个月的公司实习生活，一个人在新的环境里面对新的社会人际关系，本来就是件挺辛苦的事，再加上忙碌的工作和紧张的生活节奏，这一个月来真可以用艰辛来形容了。还好这一切我都挺了过来，相反这些困难让我更加的了解自己、坚定信心，也让我从中得到了深刻的识。 以后我就是社会上的一份子了，责任也将越来越重。

实习，顾名思义，在实践中学习。在经过一段时间的学习之后，或者说当学习告一段落的时候，我们需要了解，自己的所学需要或应当如何应用在实践之中，因为任何知识都源于实践，归于实践，所以，要将所学付诸实践，来检验所学。然而，我们当然不希望实习仅止于此，那就太狭隘了。

回顾我的实习生活，感触是很深的，收获也是丰硕的。这次的实习，主要是跟有外贸公司有工作经验的师傅们学习，通过看各种外贸定单、商业邮件、各种原始合同，让我对于实际的外贸工作有了一个感性的认识，针对不懂的问题我会及时在网上查找，并将自己在书上所学的知识，与当天了解到、所学到的结合在一起，使我对外贸这个专业有了更加理性的认识和更深刻的体会。

通过这次的实习，我由第一天的拘谨，对什么事情都充满着好奇，转而逐渐适应了这样的生活，做事情按部就班，循序渐进。 这次的实习，让我懂得了许多，知道了许多，大学文凭其实只是一块敲门砖。进入工作单位后，大家都是从头开始，凡事都要自己去摸索，没有人会手把手教你。所以，我们有必要培养主动学习能力和创新能力，必须努力提高自身的综合素质，适应时代的需要。虽说大学文凭只是一块敲门砖，但是个人的综合素质却仍是你就业时的重要筹码。首先是学习成绩，用人单位认为成绩的好坏从一定程度上说明了你学习能力的强弱，所以，学习成绩是他们非常看重的一点。因此，我们首先要学好自己的专业知识。其次，他们看重的就是就是我们的社会实践能力。这一点就要看我们平时的实际动手及操作能力。经过这段时间的实习，我主要有以下几点感想：

第一，要有坚持不懈的精神

作为在校生，我们不管到哪家公司，一开始都不会立刻给工作我们做，一般都是先让我们熟悉公司的工作环境，时间短的要几天，时间长的要几周，或更长的时间，在这段时间里很多人会觉得很无聊，没事可做，便会产生离开的念头，在这个时候我们一定要坚持，不能轻易放弃。

第二，要勤劳，任劳任怨

我们到公司去实习，由于我们不是正式职员，所以公司多数是把我们当学生看待。公司在这个期间一般不会给我们什么重要的工作去做，可又不想让我们闲着，因此，他们会交给我们一些比较简单的工作。与此同时，我们应该自己主动找一些事情来做，从小事做起，刚开始也只有这样。这样公司的同事才会更快地接受你，领导才会喜欢你，接下来才会让你做一些相对比较重要的工作。

第三，要虚心学习，不耻下问

在工作过程中，我们肯定会碰到很多的问题，有很多是我们所不懂的，不懂的东西我们就要虚心向同事请教，当别人教我们知识的时候，我们也应该虚心地接受。 同时，我们也不要怕犯错。每一个人都有犯错的时候，工作中第一次做错了不要紧，重要的是知错能改。

第四，要确立明确的目标，并端正自己的态度

平时，我们不管做什么事，都要明确自己的目标，就像我们到公司工作以后，要知道自己能否胜任这份工作，关键是看你自己对待工作的态度，态度对了，即使自己以前没学过的知识也可以在工作中逐渐的掌握。因此，要树立正确的目标，在实现目标的过程中一定要多看别人怎样做，多听别人怎样说，多想自己应该怎样做，然后自己亲自动手去多做。只有这样我们才能把事情做好。

在整个实习过程中，同事、领导耐心地为我讲解各种工作上的问题。在他们的帮助下，我很快便上手并能处理贸易操作方面的一些技能等。我积极地对待每天的工作，努力完成每次下达的任务。工作中，我明白了许多道理。领导不会细致入微的将工作交代给你，需要自己多观察，学习，总结。在学校的时候，总以为课本上的知识无法学以致用，通过这次的实习，我发现，许许多多的知识都贯穿于我们的工作之中，需要我们去研究。

这次的实习让我成长了很多，不仅是自身素质的提高，还有思想上的觉悟。总之，这次的收获是无法用三言两语去说清的，而这些日子将镌刻在我的心中，这对即将踏入社会的我，无疑是一种非常宝贵的经验，这些在书本上学不到的知识，更需要在实习后进行反思与自勉，使实习达到它真正的目的。

此次实习让我受益匪浅，争取以后再接再厉，各方面更进一步。另一方面，我的专业知识也得到了实践的检验，巩固了我的专业知识，实现了自我增值。

今天是国际贸易实务实习的最后一天了，在这几周的国际贸易实训当中，在老师的指导下，在同学们的帮助下，我把老师交给我们的实训任务基本圆满的完成了，这次实习对于我来说是一笔宝贵的财富，是我上大学实习以来最充实的一次实习，也是我终身受用的一次实习。因为在我踏入大学校门的那一瞬间，我决定自己以后一定要做一名外贸人员，而且是一名优秀的外贸人员，所以对于我的专业课我平时都是很认真的学习，但平日里课堂上讲的知识只是在脑子里形成了一个轮廓，而在这次的实习中我才把所学的知识运用到了实践中，使我对国际贸易的一些基本的知识有了更深刻的了解。我们的实习是在机房进行的，整个实训平台为我们提供了良好的实习空间，我们的实习分为两个阶段：首先是单证练习，其次是业务操作。

第一阶段主要针对各类单证的填制，如信用证、汇票、本票、发票、报检单、报关单、货运委托书等。通过实训，我对合同单证基本的业务填制从开始的一无所知到现在能够基本看懂并基本能够完全填制，通过本次实训，我认识到平时努力学习理论知识是很有必要的，而且更重要的是英语的学习，在单证的填制和后一阶段的业务操作中，几乎用的全都是英语，在此次的实习当中我才深深的感到商务英语的重要性，想要学好国贸，英语是基础，英语是国际贸易活动的沟通桥梁，不懂的英语即使外贸知识在学的好也都是白搭。所以今后还得在英语的学习上多下功夫，把基本的英语掌握好，提高双语沟通的能力，进而在专业的商务英语课程中能更好的去深入学习，全面提高自己的英语水平。在这一阶段，我也感觉到了外贸业务涉及到的单证真的很多，以后要想做一名好的外贸员现在必须得熟练掌握各类单证的填制，并能很好的理解单证中的业务内容。

第二阶段是外贸业务的操作，前一个阶段的单证填制只是为了这一阶段打好基础。在业务操作的实习当中，最重要的就是贸易关系的建立，在这次的实习中，我扮演的两个角色是进口地银行和进口商。作为进口地银行，我的任务主要就是应进口商的申请开立一份信用证，与出口地的银行共同联手帮助进出口商完成每单的业务。而作为进口商任务比较繁重，在实习的时候我是以FOB的贸易术语与出口商进行交易，所以我的任务又多加了投保，租船订舱等相关程序，在交易过程中填制的这些单据又是和第一阶段的实习联系了起来，在此时也考的是各类单证的填制，如我的业务中涉及的有：保险单，货运委托书、报关报检单等，在交易过程中必须得与出口商，出口地银行、进口地银行等建立好贸易关系，在业务操作过程中业务都是要相互配合才能够顺利完成，所以在这次的实习中我更多的学会了团队的合作精神。在这个角色当中，最失败的就是在核算价格的时候核算错了。最后我没有盈利反而是赔了不少的钱，在开始的时候只是忙着找商家做生意并没有好好的核算一下价格，到最后了才发现自己真的太马虎了。所以以后在真正的外贸业务中，一定要先核算好自己的合适价格，否则不会像现在紧紧赔掉的是虚拟的Money，而是企业正在的人名币，甚至会失掉自己的这份工作，这就算是实习得到的一次教训吧。

本次实训 ， 对于我来说真的是一笔珍贵的财富!

在过去的学习中，我们只是学习的国际贸易的理论内容及专业知识，但这些都仅仅是书面化的东西而已。俗话说，理论必须要与实践相统一，而在学校里我们又没有条件可以真正的接触到真实的国际贸易操作，所以“国际贸易实训”这门课程就为我们提供了一个十分真实的环境。国际贸易模拟操作软件是基于我们所使用的浙科国际贸易实训平台。通过仿真模拟整个外贸行业的流程和惯例，在实训平台上建立几近真实的国际贸易虚拟环境，让我们亲身体验整个贸易过程的详细流程以及各种单据的使用。

国际贸易的中间环节多，涉及面广，除交易双方当事人外，还涉及商检、运输、保险、金融、车站、港口和海关等部门以及各种中间商和代理商。如果哪个环节出了问题，就会影响整笔交易的正常进行，并有可能引起法律上的纠纷。另外，在国际贸易中，交易双方的成交量通常都比较大，而且交易的商品在运输过程中可能遭到各种自然灾害、意外事故和其它外来风险。所以通常还需要办理各种保险，以避免或减少经济损失。

这次实训不但巩固了我们平时所学，也为我们日后的专业工作提供了非常实际的便利。作为一名大学生，应当具备较强的举一反三的能力，而在这些实训中，恰有不少单证的填写是相互联系、相互依靠的。因此，我们应当举一反三，利用诸多单证格式和填写原理类似这一特点，将各类单证的填制和审核紧密联系到一起。这样做无疑可以大大提高我们的学习效率。也可以使我们的实训结果相互对应，利于即使查缺补漏，保证单证记录内容的准确有效。我们也必须严格注意各类单据记载内容的一致，以单单一致、单证一致来求得结汇工作的顺利进行。

我认为，这次实训收获是丰富的。实训中的各类单证如信用证、汇票、海运提单、商业发票等等都是我们专业知识的凝聚和承载。因此，认真地履行实训要求，努力完成实训，不仅有利于我们巩固所学到的国际贸易实务专业知识，更利于我们预先观察日后工作中的主要内容、方法以及各种困难，利于我们察觉到自身存在的不足和缺陷，以便我们更好地进行学习和工作，利于我们更快地把所思所学转化为实践动手的能力，把专业知识和技能转变成工作能力和实际经验。

另外，我了解到商务英语对国际贸易的重要。进出口合同中、进出口贸易中的各项单证中都是英文单证，若英语基础弱的话对业务工作是种阻碍，减低了工作效率。阅读能力弱往往会导致错误若是实际交易则会引发纠纷，所以说英语能力在国际贸易中是十分重要的。对于外贸专业人员而言，不仅要掌握一定的专业知识，而且还必须会用英语与外商交流、谈判及写传真、书信。如果商务英语知识掌握不好，就很难胜任工作，甚至会影响业务的顺利进行。因此，在实训中要求我们加强商务英语及外贸英文函电的学习，掌握外贸专业术语，才能在对外贸易中掌握主动。

通过本次的实训，我们可以发现以前学习中薄弱环节，为今后的学习指明了方向，也会实际操作打下一个良好的基础。本次模拟训练给我最大的体会就是操作细节的细腻及流程的缜密，各个流程相互衔接，此流程的疏忽将会导致彼流程无法完成，某一细节的不慎错误或纰漏将会导致整个流程操作前功尽弃，这为未来的实际工作敲响了警钟:做贸易一定要仔细谨慎。

这次实训虽然只有短短的两个星期，但是内容特别丰富，而且通过实训我们都得到了知识上的复习和外贸能力上的提高。国际贸易是一门专门研究国际商品交换具体过程的学科，是一门具有涉外活动特点的实践性很强的综合性应用科学。它涉及国际贸易理论与政策，国际金融，国际运输与保险等学科的基本原理与基本知识运用，它要求我们把各门知识综合运用起来。正是因为通过此次实训，我们才提高了自己做国际贸易的能力，同时有了具体的国际贸易的经验，才能在明年找工作的时候有的放矢。通过这次实训，我们提高了自己的填单能力，这也为未来工作的需要奠定了很好的基础。

通过这次实训，我掌握了很多日后工作所需的基本技能，检验了平时所学的基本知识，衡量了个人的业务能力和水平，对外贸流程有了更深刻的理解，发觉了自身存在的不足和缺点。这与我来说无疑是受益匪浅的。虽然真正的贸易不会像这样顺利。但我相信，这次实训让我获得的经验、心得会促进我在以后的学习、工作中寻找合理的方法和正确的方向。这次实训，使我不仅从个人能力，业务知识上有所提高，也了解到了团队精神、协作精神的重要性。

英文日期分英式和美式,举例如下:

1) 8th March,2004 或8 March,2004（英式）

2) March 8th,2004 或March 8,2004 （美式）

日期写法宜遵从下列规则：

1)年份必须完全写明，不可用"04代替2004;

2)月份必须用英文拼出或采用公认的简写，即 January (Jan.),February

(Feb.),March(Mar.),April(Apr.),May,June,July,August (Aug.),September

(Sept.),October(Oct.),November(Nov.),December(Dec.);

3)日期可用序数词，如：1st,2nd,3rd,4th,...；也可用基数词，如：1，2，3，4，...。但美式大多采用后者；

4)在年份和月日之间必须用逗号隔开；
